Don Enloe
|
Donald Enloe is a Master Sergeant with the Colorado State Patrol and is currently assigned to their Training Academy as a Technical Accident Investigation & Reconstruction instructor. A native of Colorado, he has been with the Colorado State Patrol since 1993. Donald holds certifications with the Accreditation Commision for Traffic Accident Reconstruction (ACTAR), as an Alive at 25 instructor and as a Child Passenger Safety Seat Technician. He has worked over two-hundred fatal crashes, learning and sharing lessons from each.
Prior to law enforcement, Donald earned a degree in electronics and worked for Martin Marietta for seven years. He maintains his interest in space through his hobby of astronomy, bringing school students and scouting groups to views of the heavens.

Tony Lopez
|
Commander Tony Lopez is the Commander of the Complex Investigations Section for the Denver Police Department. Tony has been a member of the DPD for 26 years. Tony was recognized by the Denver Police Department as the 2008 Commander of the Year. Tony is a department trainer in a variety of areas for his agency. Tony and his wife, Maggie, of 26 years are the parents of five children. Tony has worked with youth both on the job and off, serving in the City Curfew and Youth Diversion program as well as having served two years on Mayor John Hickenlooper’s City Youth Commission.
Along with his many years of experience with the force, Tony has tremendous ability to work with special needs students:
- Certified Crisis Intervention Team (C.I.T.) officer (awarded 2006)
- Worked on a Psychiatric Ward with adolescents suffering from a multitude of personality disorders. Participated in individual and group therapy.
- Possesses an undergraduate degree in Psychology.
Tony is a graduate of Florida International University, having earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology. Tony is also a graduate of the Northwestern University Police Staff and Command College.

 Michael Choi |
Mike Choi grew up in Denver and graduated from University of Colorado at Boulder with a B.A. in Applied Physiology. He co-authored three published research papers while he conducted microbiology research at the University of Colorado School of Medicine.
Mike became a police officer with a Denver metro agency in 2003. During his career, he was a School Resource Officer at a high school, Field Training Officer, a memeber of Special Deployment Unit, a certified memeber of Crisis Intervention Team, a Haz-Mat instructor and a Haz-Mat technician. He was part of a team that deployed to assist New Orleans P.D. and surrounding law enforcement agencies during and after Hurricane Katrina for over 3 weeks. He became a detective and was assigned as an undercover narcotics officer with a Denver metro wide task force for 2 years.
Mike joined the FBI as a Special Agent and after his training in Quantico, VA, he was assigned to a Counter-Intelligence Squad with the Chicago Field Office. He was instrumental in re-organizing the FBI forms that were in Korean language.
When Mike returned to Colorado, he joined his previous agency. He is assigned to Patrol Division. He received numerous commendations to include Meritorious Conduct Award and Life-Saving Award.

Kelly Harris |
Ms. Harris started her law enforcement career with The Federal Protective Service. She went through 30 days of training in Glynco GA., at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center. As a FPS Officer her main duty was to make sure all Federal facilities were secure. The Denver Federal Center, and all of the Federal Court buildings, in downtown Denver, were her main areas. Kelly served two years as a FPS Officer.
After obtaining college credit hours in police science, from Metro State and Arapahoe Community College she joined the Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Department as a patrol officer. She was trained in Golden CO at the Colorado Law Enforcement Training Academy, Camp George West, where she obtained her Colorado Law Enforcement Certification. At that time there were only two female patrol officers on Arapahoe County S.O.
Kelly left the Sheriff’s Department on medical retirement due to injuries sustained while on duty. Ms Harris also served as a Special Deputized Marshal for four years.
Kelly now enjoys spending my free time with her three small dogs and grandchildren. Kelly is a Denver native.

Pat Whitman
|
Pat began her law enforcement career in Ventura, California with a degree in Criminal Justice and employment with Ventura County Sheriff’s Department. Pat then left California and came to Colorado in 1980 and became a member of the Cherry Hills Police Department. While with that department Pat served as a field training officer, Explorer Post Advisor, Special Olympics coordinator, canine officer, detective, and undercover drug investigator. Top honors were won with K-9 King in the Tri-State Police Canine competition. Numerous feIony arrests were made with the canines. Pat was promoted as the first female Sergeant and the first female Lieutenant in Cherry Hills Police history. Pat was lead detective on several significant criminal cases and was nominated for female officer of the year as a result. Pat was made supervisor in charge of the Canine Unit as well as supervisor of the Field Training Unit, supervisor of investigations, director for our Arapahoe County Chronic Offender Program, and member of the Arapahoe County Juvenile Intervention Program. Pat retired as a Lieutenant in 2008.
Pat is married with four children and eleven grandchildren and it goes without saying that her time with the kids is her favorite time of all. She enjoys traveling in her RV and going on trips throughout the world. |
