Founded in April 2009, Protect & Serve is a Limited Liability Company, based in Arapahoe County, CO.
We strive to provide the safest, highest quality and most reliable driver's education in the nation. By employing Police Officers exclusively as Instructors, we combine experience with mentoring to create the most effective learning environment available today.
Executive Team
Charles W. Bradley, President
Mr. Bradley started Protect & Serve following his successful tenure with Pegasus Pharmaceuticals and Black Sands Holding Co. where, as a member of the Executive Team, he provided oversight for the Administrative function. He is a visionary leader with significant achievements in various business and community settings with a proven record in leading rapid growth and enhancing profitability through intense customer focus. He has served more than twenty years in senior positions directing service and manufacturing operations, business development, sales, product endorsement and support, and corporate relations. Mr. Bradley earned a BA from the University of Wyoming in 1981.
Charles is unique in that he brings not only his business acumen to this position but also his experience as a top college athlete, a first-round NBA draft choice, playing for the Boston Celtics, and 2 decades of coaching college athletes. As one of the top athletes in the country, he demonstrated a sustainable level of superior performance with an achievement orientation and a drive to perfect his skills and abilities. As a coach, he was known as an organization builder, a people developer and someone who knows how to win. The attributes that helped him to be so successful in the athletic arena are those that Mr. Bradley continues to incorporate in his business dealings today.
Renowned for his enthusiasm in giving back to the community, Charles is an advocate with the Joint Effort Youth Foundation of Denver and Colorado Gold Basketball Program along with a number of other youth-focused organizations.
Prior to joining Pegasus Pharmaceutical and Black Sands Holding Co, Mr. Bradley worked for United Parcel Service where he was recognized for growing established business as well as developing new opportunities for the Company.
Suzanne Bradley, Controller
Suzanne graduated from college at the University of Wyoming in 1982 with a BS in Professional Physical Education. Suzanne has held increasingly responsible position in administrative, sales and customer service functions requiring strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
Suzanne is an experienced liaison among different departments, offices, independent contractors, manufacturing and clients. She is a skilled manager coordinating and prioritizing work flow and scheduling for staff as well as training supervising and evaluating employees, while achieving general problem solving in their business. She is also an excellent communicator and facilitator for meetings, travel, social events, open houses, and scheduling classes and driving time.
